Brought up with a constantly growing comic collection while living across the street from a fenceless graveyard with a church on one end of the block and a white hot glass plant at the other, I was surrounded by the entire circle of life: Heaven, hell and the headstones across the way. So as an artist who grew up on 1117 E. Denton Street, it's been a joy bringing ideas to life and client's dreams a reality. Usually while I'm burning the moonlight.

Hot Dog was literally created overnight to help First Alert promote fire safety in both Walmart stores nationwide and within elementary and preschools. His popularity grew so fast, First Alert wanted to make a full-size costume for the character that would tour Walmart stores nationwide along side the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Spongebob Squarepants, Bob the Builder, and the Power Rangers.
